Have SharePoint 2013,full backups of UP service either from Powershell or CA stop the UPSA. when redoing the second time , the UPSA restarts, basically first full backup stops UPSA the second restarts and so on. tested multiple times. can reproduce it on one environment only, did not find any specific errors in the event logs or USL logs. does not look like any permissions issue since UPSA works always fine after restart.
the service account is the farm account and is local admin on the SP box also part of IIS_IUSR , had full control on UP (in administrators page in CA) and can reference also UP with full control in the permission page on CA.
Where can I start to debug?
