Is there way to get list of all libraries/list in collection?

Hello SharePoint Fam,

I am wanting to do some cleanup of my environment and was wanting to see if there is a script/tool that I could use that could give me every library/list in a entire web application that I could sort by last modified date and number of items.  I just hate seeing libraries/list no longer being used still showing in sites with 0-10 items only.
