I first migrate our site from MOSS 2007 to 2010 and it worked fine.
Then when I did it from MOSS 2010 to 2013 none of of sites are getting loaded.
When i check the error against corelation-id it is:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException the file /_catalog/masterpage/v4.master does not exist
