Can we use PowerShell/Or any script/or any automatic way - to ** select Containers ** in a UPA connection?

Hi there

I am in process of migrating SP 2010 to SP 2013 - we have a lot of Containers in our AD that are selected in our SP 2010 > UPA > Sync Connection.

Is there any easy way to export and import this? Any PowerSHell or anything else? (It is so hard to go inside each of them and select right children for literally 100s of these)
