I have an Office Web App's server up and running using HTTPS.
I built an evaluation SP2013 farm connected it to the OWA server and everything works fine, word and excel all render fine through the browser no problem.
I've since built another two farms- pre production and live.
I've connected both farms to the OWA server, no errors, they connect fine.
But when I try to open documents in the browser I get an error on both these farms. The eval farm still works fine. I've disconnected all 3 farms from the OWA server and connected again. But the only farm that ever works is the eval farm.
The only difference between farms is the eval was built using the configuration wizard so there are lots of service applications etc running were as the 2 newer farms are not.
There is nothing in the documentation anywhere that states Sharepoint servers require certain service application(s).
Can anyone think of anything? All farms have claims based auth, the OWA server has plenty of RAM free,
