I am trying to add and configure one of the free app from SharePoint 2013 app store in my local environment. I am refering below mentioned links:

I have successfully configured all the prerequisites required (except SSL certification). It says you have purchased the app (I have added one of the free app) but cannot add and make it available for use to the end users.In the event log it displays below
mentioned error.
Errors:
PartialChain: A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority.
RevocationStatusUnknown: The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.
OfflineRevocation: The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline. There are other fews like -we can't seem to connect to the SharePoint Store, Try again in a bit, revocation server was offline etc in the ULS log...
Has anoyone came accross this issue and has a resolution for the same ?
