i have a big problem and do not now how to solve the problem. I installed SharePoint 2013 on a virtual server for testing. Everything works well with my created web application for blogs, forums and so on. Then i want to use the new MySites Features. For Configuration i follwed exactly this article technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/ee624362.aspx . The MySites or the MySite Host is in a dedicated web application. When i acces my SharePoint and click on the buttons which will forward me to the MySite web application i get an error, "500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the ressource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed" but it seemed that the ressource will not requested and the error is displayed at once. When i use the browser on the server itself the webapplications work both and i do not get the error. User Profile Service, Manged Metadata Service and Search are started but no User Profile Syncronization. What can i do to solve the problem, do i have to start User Profile synconization or do i have to configure alternate acces mappings.
