SharePoint 2010 Over the Internet

hello,

I need some help making SharePoint Sites available over the Internet using home Verizon box. Signed with TZO Services server.tzo.net

Working with Host Files on the Server (Don't have Active Directory / DNS);

Network Setup: Verizon Box --> Linksys Router --> SharePoint Server {TZO Service running}

SharePoint Internally: Could Access Site using {server.tzo.net; server ip address 192.168.2.148; http://server}

SharePoint Server - Alternative Access mapping: extranet setup with server.tzo.net & IIS also has the entry added in it server.tzo.net

I need to be able to access http://server.tzo.net over the internet - not getting any luck - some help please
