Configure AAM on azure vm

Hi,

I have a SharePoint 2013 installation on an azure vm.
The vm has a unique dns name mapped to a nip: blabla.cloudapp.net
Now I want to log on to the sharepoint site on port 80 from outsite.
I followed the instruction on:

I configured the aam with http://blabla.cloudapp.net and the iis.

But when I open the url in my browser from outsite the website is not found.

What else do I have to configure ?
