Sharepoint Sharing -- "Shared with Me" missing in SkyDrive and shared files are inaccessible

I have successfully installed Sharepoint 2013 on top of Windows Server 2012. It's linked with AD on-premises and users can sign in, create personal sites/blogs/etc. I have created a single Team Site in the root of the subdomain and it is all being accessed properly. My issue relates to the SkyDrive section for users. All factors of SkyDrive are operating properly. Uploading files, opening, sorting, and even marking them as shared, however, when User A shares a file with User B. User B does not have any visibility on the file.

I've seen in screenshots where users have a SkyDrive view called: "Shared with Me". This option is missing in my installation. The files are not found by search. I have verified that file permissions are marked as contribute (they were selected as "Can Edit") when originally shared.

What am I missing? Is there a feature that needs to be activated? Do users need to be added into a special Group inside AD? This is the final piece, if not the most important piece, that remains unsolved before we can large scale test this in our corporation.
