Orphan Terms in Sharepoint 2013

Hello Experts,

Need your help to get rid of this orphan term showing up under system drop down?

 I have removed everything related to this term including list items that has this attached to as metadata + empty the recycle bins. But not able to get rid of this

I find this thread about the same issue but not able to find any content or term this is shared with. Any help?
