Steps to uninstall and Install workflow manager

Hi All,

We are facing some issue in Workflow manager at the live SharePoint environment. All the Workflow services are inRunning Status and UPS/App Management Service been Started:

• Workflow Manager Backend
• Service Bus Message Broker
• Service Bus Gateway
• Windows Fabric Host Service (FabricHostSvc)

With all the troubleshooting blog SharePoint 2013 workflow troubleshooting and Troubleshooting Actions for SharePoint 2013 Workflows and Workflow settings are correct in our environment.
The SharePoint 2010 workflow are actually working.

Q: If we uninstall workflow manager, will SharePoint 2010 workflowsand its related documents/list still function?Q: Any considerations or issues related touninstalling workflow manager and reinstall workflow manager? We have referred to TechNet articles Uninstalling Workflow , https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj193489.aspx, and http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/27689.sharepoint-2013-how-to-fully-uninstall-workflow-manager-1-0.aspx

In live environment, for workflow management site has self-certificate which is WorkflowOutbound certificate and its listed in Central Administration >> Security >> Manage Trust as shown:


Q: How we can generate is WorkflowOutbound certificate for Workflow?
