Sharepoint migration 2010 to 2013(with new domain)

Hi Folks,

We are planning to do migrate SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint2013, and create new domain with active directory in sp2013.

In this case and my worries - it should not miss user permission which already  have in sp2010 to sp2013 new domain with active-directory. 

Please give idea or solution to do complete this.
