OneDrive - Files moved to Recycle Bin Automatically

Hi All,

I know this is not the first time this question will be posted and I understand that it is bothering you, but can you help me to find a solution for one of your clients?:

OneDrive will be used with SharePoint 2013. Randomly a lot of files at once (>30) will be moved into the recycle bin without any error message (not on the client side, not in the ULS). 100% sure that the employees did not delete this files.

Maybe I was missing a good / helpful discussion. If yes could you forward me this please?
