I have upgraded my Windows 7 (Professional) to Windows 10. Since then, all Word documents, whether attached to emails or in my Dropbox can't be opened. Windows 10 suggests Recovery Text solution but it is so convoluted that I can never understand and apply. I have virtually lost all the previous Word files. How frustrating!
I dare not try other Office 2013 softwares. Office softwares and Windows 10 belong to the same Microsoft and yet it is now in a mess. Why should Microsoft launch an immature Windows 10 and urge us to upgrade?
Can anyone help me make the Word 2013 work please?
