Public Folder

Hello, I tried to create a public Folder where a group of users can add public Documents. I am using myhost template.

I logged as an administrator and create a new Document app. but I could not find it on The app menu in Administrator or even on the group which I set them a permission to them.

so the question how to add Document app to be seen in the App menu on every user has an access to this app.
