Does anybody know how to configure language in Spanish for Sharepoint Server 2010? I want to work with both PWA and Sharepoint Central Administration in Spanish??

I have Sharepoint Server 2010 with Project Server 2010 installed, my main problem is setting up the language pack  for my server in Spanish , i downloaded the package and  run the psconfig.exe and It's just there:
