How to remove the profile store URL from the default content source in powershell

Hi

Im setting up people search in SharePoint 2013 server in Powershell.

I need to modify the URL's in the default content source using powershell. I want to remove my URL for mysite webapp: http://spserver:81 

The other URL's i want to keep.

any ideas ?
