HTTP to HTTPS redirect

Hello,

We have SharePoint 2013 on Windows 2012 installed. I cannot find the way to setup redirect from http to https.  I found a few articles how to do this, but nothing works.  Maybe because this is IIS 8 and it is too new?  Not sure.

I do not want to install URL redirect because I am not sure that it is tested with Windows 2012.

Anyone can help?
