Incoming email configuration settings in SharePoint 2007

Hi All,

I am trying to configure incoming emails to be stored in a SharePoint 2007 Document Library/any List  for a  specific person(email1@company.com). I mean if anyone send mail to 'email1@company.com' this email, all the mails should be automatically saved into the SharePoint Doc Library list. 

I am using SMTP Server. This setting i am trying into one of my sharepoint Development server. 

Please let me know if anyone knows all the steps to be configure.
